- Point of contact for new construction homeowners
- Assist homeowners with their questions, concerns, or service inquiries in accordance with company policies guidelines and The Ontario Building Code
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI’s) with homeowners and inspect Tarion Warranty Forms
- Arrange and manage scheduling for PDI’s and trades
- Prepare and issue work orders, purchase orders and back charges as required
- Manage trades and Service Technician/handymen to ensure all deadlines are accurately met
- Work closely with Site Supervisors to ensure expectations are met for closing deadlines
- Provide a high level of customer service to homeowners
- 3+ years in a Construction Care Manager role
- High level of communication and customer service skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
