- Perform carpentry work including framing, finishing, and custom woodwork according to project specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinetry, and drywall.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal, and other building materials.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company safety policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance as needed, ensuring all work is up to code.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including material usage and time spent on tasks.
- Communicate progress and any issues to site supervisors and project managers regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications in first aid, carpentry or construction (an asset).
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
