The Club is looking for a **full-time Dishwasher** to join our Food and Beverage department in the summer. This position will report directly to the Executive Chef.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand according to the highest sanitation standards and store items in proper areas
- Clean dish machine and dish area after each meal period
- Polish all platters, chafing dishes, stainless steel kitchen equipment
- Collect trash from kitchen areas, break down boxes, crates and remove debris
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Store food after delivery, transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work area
- Clean coolers, freezers and storerooms, assist in post-buffet clean-up
- Assist in food preparation where required
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef

**Qualifications**
- High levels of initiative, enthusiasm, and dedication to providing exceptional service
- Experience in an industrial kitchen setting required
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbs and of being on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours & shifts, including morning, late night, weekends, and statutory holidays

Pay: $17.74 per hour
