**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Server/Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, mixing drinks, taking orders, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and ensure a positive dining experience.
- **Order Taking & Serving**: Accurately take food and drink orders, enter them into the POS system, and serve guests promptly.
- **Drink Preparation**: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks based on company recipes and customer preferences.
- **Bar & Dining Area Maintenance**: Keep the bar and dining areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments, handle cash and tips, and ensure accurate transactions.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines, including checking IDs and adhering to local laws.
- **Upselling**: Promote menu items, including food and drink specials, to increase sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and basic bartending skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal drinking age (varies by location).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$32.28 per hour

**Experience**:

- serving: 2 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
