**Your mandate**
Under the supervision of the Vice-President, you will be responsible for setting the strategy to support the growth of the brand as well as working in conjunction with marketing coordinator, the graphic designer, the culinary development manager, as well as working in close collaboration with the business development and operations team to assist with varying regional needs.
We are now looking for a Regional supervisor to ensure the day-to-day operations of the stores, in respect of the corporation's vision regarding business strategies, operations and marketing. The Regional supervisor will support the Franchisees and the Vice-President, as well as internal partners to ensure the overall success of the organization.
**Primary responsibilities**:
- Day-to-day supervision of stores to ensure the rules and procedures of the Operations Manual are in practice;
- Provide feedback and assessment of the stores under supervision by submitting monthly QSC reports;
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the brand at the store level, including compliance in purchasing, marketing activities and daily operations;
- Must be proactive and show strong leadership skills in providing ideas and solutions to the operations of the store;
- Communicate regularly with franchisees to relay all pertinent information related to the operations of the stores;
- Resolution of any complaints or issues with the clients;
- General administrative tasks and special projects as required.
**Education/Experience**:
- College Degree in management;
- 3 years restaurant experience;
- Microsoft office basic knowledge.
**Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities**:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Positive, professional attitude and the ability to take initiative;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi tasks;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, by meeting deadlines and paying attention to details;
- Proven ability to communicate to Franchisees and clients;
- Proven strong problem solving skills and results oriented;
- Must be client-focused and service-oriented;
- Available to work weekends or evening;
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
