**What is the role?**
- Keep machine clean;
- Make sure machine is running level;
- Keep windrow centre of machine;
- Maintain a consistent level of material in hopper;
- Make sure path for pick-up machine wheels are clear;
- Check windrow for drastic changes in mix, inform foreman of changes;
- Designate spotters for power lines;
- Ensure area to be paved is free of lumps, mud or other contaminating material;
- Ensure quantities are dumped in specific spreads;
- Other duties as assigned.

- Possess a Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract is an asset
- Physically able to complete labour work
- Related experience is preferred
- Ability to work continuously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently, and with mínimal supervision
