**Overview**

We are looking for customer focused and energetic individuals to add to our guest services team Reporting to the general manager, you will be responsible for greeting and engaging with guests as they arrive, providing directions and information, to ensure that they get to their destination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet guests with a smile as they arrive.
- Engage with guests by asking them about their days and telling them about current events happening at The Factory and on the property.
- Offer directions and information.
- Be a source of knowledge on all things 100 Kellogg.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Check that guests have signed waivers before they get to the guest services desk.
- As they exit, ensure that guests have removed their play bracelets.
- As they exit, thank guests for coming and welcome them back again.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset.
- An understanding of our venue and services that we offer.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to start a conversation with anyone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- _Evening and weekend availability is a must._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
