**Summary of Authority and Responsibility**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 5 or more years of functional and technical claims handling experience in an insurance environment
- Possession of an Adjuster License or working towards CIP and/or FCIP designation
- Commercial policy interpretation and experience making recommendations to the market.
- The capability to draft memos for review and approval by supervisor.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a full caseload within a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills, including the maintenance of a robust diary system.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Must be a team player with outstanding customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with opportunity for career growth.
- Prior experience with TPAs is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
