- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in business development and account management is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
