As the store manager for 5Buds Cannabis in Humboldt you will be responsible for the following:

- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate team members at the assigned home store. Periodically there will be a responsibility to assist in training 5Buds Cannabis team members from other locations
- Create a work environment that embodies a culture of respect, inclusion, and professionalism
- Maximize profitability and meet sales targets for the store.
- Ensure 100% Compliance with SLGA, Work Safe and Health Canada Cannabis Retailing Regulations. Submit required reports within the designated
- Establish and promote consistent customer service and execute training programs as presented
- Set and establish individual team member sales targets to achieve assigned monthly budget delivered throughout the year for the home store location.
- Establish strategies for community involvement of the assigned home store
- Achieve financial objectives by following an annual budget, scheduling to budget expenditures, controlling expenses
- Execute quarterly meetings with all team members at the assigned store to provide feedback on performance and establish goals for the next meeting.
- Execute visual merchandising plans to ensure store revenues and profitability are maximized
- Execute training and follow up for loss prevention policies in the assigned store.
- On going staff education on safety, product knowledge, customer service standards and general overall education about cannabis compliance
- Ensure all compliance binders are completed daily and kept current with all documentation
- Ensure cleanliness of the store, and maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner
- The store leader will ensure a succession plan is in place for all positions at their assigned store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yorkton, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Store management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CannaSell Certificate (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
