Recruitment Coordinator

The **Recruitment Coordinator **will be an integral part of the HR team. This position contributes to and supports the provision of exceptional employee-centered HR support. Working closely with the Human Resources Generalist, the Recruitment Coordinator, will perform primary duties as outlined below to ensure the maintenance of high service levels to both our internal and external customers.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by preparing the job postings, screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, conducting reference checks, and making recommendations for hire resume, preparing and extending offer letters
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth new hire transition to the new team
- Coordinate with department managers to provide better Talent Management strategies and practices
- Maintain employee personal records by entering them into the HRIS system
- Create and maintain HR metrics reporting for senior management - for example, Recruitment Tracker, Invoice tracker, Org chart etc.
- Participates in the coordination, organization scheduling and delivery of HR training programs and initiatives
- Ensures all job descriptions and organizational charts are maintained in conjunction with senior leaders.
- Support HR Services with administrative tasks
- Respond to general inquiries from employees in a timely manner
- Special projects as assigned.
**Education and Experience**
- Previous 1- 2 experience in Human Resources field required
- Good knowledge of working in HRIS systems
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
**Salary**: $47,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
