**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children 12-36 months, supporting curiosity, exploration, and early learning.
- Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters strong relationships.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s developmental progress; communicate updates to families with professionalism and care.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support children with diverse abilities and developmental needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and health/safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **MUST possess a valid Early Childhood Educator - Infant and Toddler (ECE-IT) certification.**:

- Demonstrated experience working in an early childhood education setting, with strong classroom management and caregiving skills.
- Experience supporting children with disabilities and implementing inclusive practices.
- Solid understanding of early childhood development and infant/toddler milestones.
- Ability to use creativity and flexibility when planning activities or responding to children’s needs.
- Warmth, empathy, patience, and a nurturing approach to building relationships with young children and their families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
