**Position Scope**: The scope of this position is to manage one or more pieces of client business and client engagements. In partnership with the agency support teams, as well as the client team, the Supervisor manages daily client relationships, programs and projects.

**Position Purpose**: The **Supervisor** is a valued partner in managing strategic direction on time and within budget for their clients. They gain a thorough understanding of a client's business and industry. Using solid business judgment, excellent listening and problem-solving skills, strategic and innovative thinking, and strong collaboration, the Supervisor builds and maintains long term relationships with clients and engages the agency in pursuing increased client success.

**Reports to** Director, Client Services

**Works Closely with** Supervisor, Account team, Operations, Insights, Creative, Media, and Production teams

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for supporting Director(s) to maintain clients' goals, client satisfaction is high and new project/campaigns are sold
- Build stellar, long-lasting client relationships that are marked by client success, respect, trust, credibility, and the perception of a true business partner
- Constantly looks for and can recognize account growth opportunities
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and mobilizes others to initiate change
- Assumes the general supervision of the Managers and Associates; empowers, mentors and coaches Managers and Associates to work independently, actively supports team member growth
- Leverage existing metrics and develop new metrics that support decision making, improve campaign and annual performance, and guide the creation of new initiatives and opportunities for client success
- Instilling diversity, equity and belonging principals to ensure a respectful, accepted and valued treatment of all

**Qualifications**
- 5-7+ years of experience developing and executing direct response marketing strategies for multiple clients with their last position at a senior management level
- 2+ years' experience providing management and people development
- Exposure to and experience with multi-channel campaigns including Direct Mail, Digital, Television/Video and more
- Social good experience a plus, fundraising experience, including major gifts a plus
- Proven ability to deliver in high pressure environments
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management databases a plus
- Able to drive for results, work hard, persevere through challenges, and seize opportunities as they arise
- Able to develop and manage a budget
- Willing to travel as necessary
- Prior advertising agency experience preferred
- 4-year degree
