**Roles & Responsibilities**

As the Site Support person your role is to provide ongoing support, maintenance, installation and auditing services and other duties that may be assigned from time to time by CDT and its site partners. This position requires you, or an approved employee, are vetted and accepted to enter hospital sites on a regular basis following all site protocols and regulations.

The Site Support role is to provide accurate auditing and professional installation services, as well as ongoing support and maintenance services. In addition, you must meet accurate and timely reporting requirements for the CDT management team. You will assist in building and nurturing strong site relationships as well as coordinate and manage site audit visits and troubleshoot product and technology. You will be responsible for all administrative duties related to inventory reporting and auditing, and work with management on maintenance, scheduling and dispatching. You will work together with the sales and management team to effectively support CDT site partners and advertising clients.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Organize and perform site audits at identified sites on an ongoing 60-day rotation.
- Utilizing CDT systems and processes while working with CDT sales and administration to schedule and perform all installations and removals of CDT advertising products in a timely fashion.
- Submit in a timely fashion completed site audits and work with designated CDT support team to determine any necessary repairs or corrective actions; dispatch Site Support for repairs, maintenance or upgrades as required.
- Ensure all service-related issues (repair, maintenance, replacement or upgrades) are addressed in a timely fashion.
- As directed, provide regular, ongoing, professional communication for our Site Partners, working to facilitate ongoing support and maintenance of products and delivery.
- Function as a conduit to Sales Representatives, Sales Administrator and Creative Department to ensure product support, troubleshooting and leads are communicated to the team.
- Travel, as required, to Site Partner locations (i.e., Site Audits, installations and Partner meetings etc.)

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
