Aquaseal has been specializing in Repair, Replacement, and Cleaning of both Hidden Gutters and Aluminum Gutters for over 25 years. We are growing once again and are now expanding to Victoria.

We are seeking full time individuals with some experience in construction.

We are especially keen on individuals who are interested in progressing through a longer term career. We will build upon the skills you already have and provide on the job training on additional skills. Employees are also entitled to tuition reimbursement on industry training and certifications. The right individuals can also be coached on management once they have the fundamental technical skills. We are very open to individuals who might want to eventually become part of the management team or be a practice leader.

We have four key services and which offer potential growth into additional areas of our offerings. We have two position in the Victoria area.

**Job description**

You are (or will grow to be) a professional gutter technician who can diagnose, design and rejuvenate all aspects of hidden gutters. Over time, you will master the removal and installation of gutter membranes, downspouts, seams and sealing, fascia, PVC drains, moss treatment, and reconstruction of rotten areas. In time, we are keen for our people to obtain professional certifications.

You will also be exposed to industry standards for materials and equipment necessary for each project, solution design, client management, and project scheduling.

**Qualifications**:

- A mature and responsible person, eager to grow and develop with us.
- An enthusiasm to understanding roofing, gutters and drainage.
- A willingness to do research on industry resources and trends based on team discussions.
- Construction - 3 years.
- Reliable car; and clear Driver’s license
- Reliable cell phone and computer skills
- A drug test can be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Signing bonus
