**Join Our Team as a Full-Time Retail Associate - Tonic Living**
Location: East York, Toronto | Full-Time | Primarily Weekdays

Are you passionate about creating beautiful spaces and delivering top-notch customer experiences? Tonic Living, an internationally recognized home decor brand, is looking for a creative and people-focused retail associate to join our vibrant and growing team.

At Tonic Living, we’ve been designing and crafting quality, on-trend soft furnishings since 2004. Our welcoming store in East York is where our team blends design expertise, genuine customer care, and positivity. With a loyal following of interior designers and home decor lovers across Canada and the U.S., we’re more than a store—we’re a destination for inspiration.

**What You’ll Do**:
Design with heart
Offer complimentary in-store design consults, helping customers bring their vision to life using Tonic Living’s unique, custom products.

Style and suggest
Recommend the perfect pillows, fabric pairings, and accessories—whether customers are selecting finished pieces or purchasing fabric for their own custom projects.

Inspire and collaborate
Maintain visually inspiring displays, offer styling support throughout the store, and work collaboratively with our customer experience team to ensure every customer receives personalized and attentive service.

**What You Bring**:

- A genuine passion for home decor and a natural sense of style
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role (retail, hospitality, or related fields welcome)
- Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
- An ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and pivot as needed throughout the day
- A collaborative attitude and a drive to make each customer feel heard and supported
- Confidence using G Suite and comfort working in a Mac environment
