We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Product Analyst to join our Product team. You will be a core contributor to our product development cycle, and you will use data to continually improve our user experience. We contribute to our community **What you will do**: - **Collaborate**: Work with the Product Owner and development teams to understand, priorities and solve the problems you have discovered, or business stakeholders have raised. - **Build relationships**: Work closely with business and technical teams globally to ensure we deliver the best outcomes. - **Understand trends**:Use competitor analysis to understand market trends and use this to help influence future product decisions. - **Team Player**:Work as a team to provide successful delivery on key initiatives. - **Analytical skills**: Monitor the impact of features we launch and identify areas of improvement. - **Stakeholder engagement**: Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies, work closely with SCRUM Master facilitating daily stand-ups and refinement sessions with delivery teams. - Work closely with operational teams to ensure we're delivering the best end to end experience to our customers. **Requirements**: **Who you are**: - **Product/BA**: Significant experience working as a Product or Business Analyst for banking, payments, FX or financial services industries. - **API Products**:Demonstrated experience working with APIs and understanding of RESTful concepts and JSON - Able to articulate the "why" behind your Product decisions and clearly explain this to the team and other stakeholders. - **Driven by Dat**a: Use data/insights to proactively improve a product by identifying problems and creating a plan, working the team to get the best outcomes. - **Problem Solver**: Proactive creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. - **A strong communicator**: Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with co-workers, business stakeholders, creative team, developers and architects. **Nice to have** - Experience working with digital, fintech, ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or Business Central, Sage, Netsuite, etc) - Previous experience of working with payments technologies within financial services. - Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) considered an asset. - Strong experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Segment. **Benefits** - Competitive Salary & Discretionary Bonus - 3 weeks paid vacation - 5 Personal Days - Paid day off for your Birthday - Healthcare - Life & Disability insurance - Discounted Euronet Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) - Plumm Mental Health and Wellbeing
