Must be able to replace and perform Chef duties when the chef is on vacation or absent. -Responsible for the mise en place. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking, stock, and restock workstations. -Responsible for complex food preparations such as Entrées, salads, soups as well as other tasks like roasting, grilling, steaming and banquet preparations. - Serve customer in a timely manner with respect & professionalism. - Follows approved storage and labeling of food protocols. - Maintaining a clean and organized environment by keeping station and equipment clean, removing debris & cleaning, and sanitizing according to Sodexo protocol. Sweeping floor as needed during & at the end of the shift.

Works quickly and accurately during busy periods.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Training in Culinary Arts or proven equivalent experience, Works Quickly and efficiently, Creative, Flexible Schedule, Organisational Skills, Team Spirit, Outstanding communication, and leadership skills, NSFTP certified, Whims certified

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
