**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As the Receptionist you are the first point of contact for all visitors and clients and support both the Administrative and Operations sides of the business. You report to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Forward faxes to the appropriate lawyer and assistant, as received.
- Organize the dispatch of all couriers, whether within the city or beyond.
- Receive and document all incoming couriers and notify appropriate individuals.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Set up and refresh meeting rooms each morning and in between meetings.
- Clean-up meeting rooms, kitchen, and run dishwasher nightly.
- Keep kitchen and meeting rooms stocked (beverages, stationary, etc.)
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail. Process outgoing mail through the postage machine. Drop in mailbox nightly.
- Process and record all credit card payments, and then forward them to the accounting department.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (access card management).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
