- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience in concrete finishing and forming techniques.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment, particularly loaders.
- Ability to build, dig, and pave effectively within project specifications.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
