**_PROFESSIONAL DOUGHNUT EATER AND GLAZE TASTER WANTED_**.....jk but not really.

At COPS we create art worth eating in every form because we believe we are destined to inspire the world around us. Our boutique spaces, our overall brand image, photography and our products are the mediums we use to reimagine what a doughnut shop could and should be.

Key themes that have always been driving factors in our company are luxury and grit. Luxury being the attention to detail we put into each facet of our brand and grit being the edginess that our brand demands. COPS is a cheeky nod to the stereotype that Cops love their doughnuts.

When it comes to our products, naturally we specialize in filter coffee and tasty mini doughnuts. We worked closely with a food scientist and fine dining chef to perfect these little suckers.

Over the years we’ve evolved from a small neighbourhood doughnut shop into a multi-site operation with strategic locations across the GTA. We recently executed our first international Cop-Up in New York City, working with Soho House and a local favourite, Sweet Chick in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Our plan is to open in NYC in the near future, with our eyes set next on Los Angeles, Paris, Japan or wherever the momentum takes us, whilst still strengthening our foothold in the local markets and across Canada.

COPS is not just a doughnut shop, we are a creative studio that focuses on original, conceptual, and innovative ideas. We just so happen to sell doughnuts.

**Reporting Location: All three locations. (COPS Adelaide/ Matilda & COPS Yorkdale).**

Pay: From $15.50 per hour plus $3-5/hr gratuity, dependent on shop sales.
