If you are looking for a **community RPN opportunity** to support a family approximately 12-15 hours a week this may be for you. **A young woman living in Whitby** is looking for a passionate and caring **Licensed Practical Nurse** to join her amazing support team. You will use your clinical skills to ensure that this vibrant woman who loves her family receives the highest quality home care and support. She is looking for someone who can deliver support with compassion, excellence, and reliability, in the comfort and safety of her family’s home.

**Registered RPN Responsibilities**:

- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to the young woman.
- Maintain continuity among family and support team by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs and support.
- Maintain family privacy and keeping information confidential.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the woman and her family. Provide consistent and reliable support.

**Work Hours**:
**2-3 shifts a week from 2pm to 6:30 or 7:00pm**

**Every second Saturday availability**

**Weekly availability and schedule will be mutually agreed by both parties.**

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
- CPR & First Aid
- Active applicable licensure
- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check - Current
- Insurance coverage
- J-Tube feeding
- 1 person transfer
- Provide complete personal care

**Rate of Pay**: $32 per hour

**This is an independent self-employed position with a family.**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-15 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

- J-Tube feeding: 1 year (required)
