We’re growing—and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Associate - Wealth Management** to support our planning and operations teams and grow with us as we expand.

**The Role**

This is a **hybrid support position** for someone early in their wealth management career. You’ll work alongside our Financial Planner and Operations Manager, helping deliver an exceptional client experience while gaining hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a boutique advisory firm.

**In this role, you will**:

- Assist with onboarding new clients, coordinating forms, ID, and documentation
- Support financial planning processes: data gathering, plan prep, meeting logistics
- Maintain accurate CRM records, calendars, and follow-up tasks
- Coordinate client communications and service touchpoints
- Assist with compliance and documentation workflows (e.g., DocuSign, vault systems)
- Provide backup support during vacation, leaves, or peak workload periods

**You’re a Great Fit If You Have**:

- 0-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Interest in pursuing your CSC, CFP, or CIM (or already on the path)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process mindset
- Comfort with digital tools: CRM systems, Google Workspace, basic cloud platforms
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in wealth advisory

**What We Offer**
- **Base Salary**: $50,000-$65,000, based on experience
- **Bonus**: Performance-based, up to 10% annually
- **RRSP Match**: Up to $2,500/year
