Marina Coordinator

This position is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Waterfront Suites and Marina, which encompasses both hotel and marina operations.

This hands-on position requires knowledge of both marina and hotel operations and others such as:

- Ensuring the safety of vessels and clients
- Maintaining operational efficiency
- Exhibit required flexibility, may include Holidays and Overnight shift when required
- Aware of and understands how all areas of the business interact and how own area impacts and is impacted by other areas
- Ensure safety and security of the property, guests and staff and knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Coordinate maintenance issues
- Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office, PDF, & Property Management System
- Knowledge of reservation system for rooms and moorage
- Managing staff
- Regular daily reporting to management
- Inventory
- Dealing with marina contracts
- Handling emergencies and report any accident, damages etc.
- Be able to perform all the duties and responsibilities of The Waterfront Suites and Marina.
- Other duties as may be assigned.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
