- Shifts will occur during store operating hours, and will also include some Saturday, Sunday, and evenings shifts, particularly at the start of the academic term.
- Working some shifts on the Labour Day weekend will be a requirement.**Summary**

**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**:This is a part-time temporary Support position (up to 24 hours per week).**Duties**:Under the direction of the Manager, Retail Operations, the incumbent provides front-line customer support services including sales counter and floor duties, and performs related tasks such as telephone reception, receiving, recording, handling and distribution of books and merchandise.**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 2-year diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum one-year customer service and cash handling experience in a retail setting
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Use of computer and Point of Sale system would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
