La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the role of Sales Associate. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to earn over $100,000 annually while fostering a positive environment built on teamwork, honesty, and continuous learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive store sales goals by promoting La-Z-Boy products, accessories, and services.
- Collaborate with Store Manager, Interior Designer, and selling team to boost overall sales and promote the In-Home Design Program.
- Implement the La-Z-Boy Comfort Selling Process, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Utilize sales skills to build rapport, identify customer needs, deliver tailored presentations, handle objections, and maintain ongoing customer contact.
- Maximize store promotions and marketing initiatives while maintaining strong product knowledge and understanding of company standards.
- Support Interior Designer in achieving Design program sales goals by scheduling consultations and presenting customized room designs.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude while working alongside colleagues and clients.

Qualifications:

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a drive for success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Must work weekends
