Your contribution to Premier Business Consulting:

- Manage client books through the use of accounting software
- Communicate directly with the CFO as well as other accounting team members to continually develop and improve processes as well as workplace environment
- New client intake
- Ensuring key deadlines are met and applicable documents are filled on time
- Organize files in accordance with client demands/needs
- Ability to Communicate with clients regarding financial documents and other accounting concerns
- Electronic Data entry
- Preparing budgets, payroll, and other financial documents for a variety of clients
- Monitoring and creating profit and loss statements
- Reviewing client documents to ensure compliance with various provincial and federal regulations, and advising clients based on findings
- Bank reconciliation
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Willingness to develop skills by collaborating with other employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
