Phil’s has been a local landmark in Calgary since it was established in 1956. We still use the same recipes that have been passed down for generations. We are currently looking for a Food Production Worker to join the Commissary Team.

The Commissary Team is responsible for the ongoing production of Phil’s signature products.

This is the ideal job for a line cook who's tired of the late nights, weekends and stresses of daily service.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow defined workflows and production schedules to ensure daily volume requirements are met to our high standards of quality.
- Perform corrective machine adjustments, Record production information, Clean machines and immediate work areas, Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
- Do weekly deliveries to our other locations.

**Experience**

Technical knowledge of kitchen equipment

Knowledgeable of safety, quality, production and inventory processes

A valid Driver's License, with a clean Abstract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
