**This position is a 12-month co-op/new grad placement beginning January 2025.**

**About the role**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading customs data collection and ERP data entry.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and schedules.
- Generate monthly rate, volumes, and analysis reports.
- Coordinate all quality and improvement-related initiatives.
- Audit and report e-training on time completion.
- Receive and respond to updates and concerns regarding shipment status.
- Assist in shipping incident and damage investigations and determine causes and corrective actions.
- Complete customs paperwork for shipments destined outside of Canada.
- Work with supply chain leaders to build inbound and outbound logístical model capabilities
- Recommend process enhancements to improve service and efficiencies when possible
- Other duties as required.

**Required qualifications**:

- Actively enrolled in a degree in Engineering or Business or a recent graduate from an Engineering or Business degree
- Strong business analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products and accurate typing and data entry skills
- Able to communicate and interact effectively with various internal stakeholders
- Able to effectively present information and professionally respond to questions from management, employees and customers
- Strong ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines
