Faders provide customers with the highest level of service. We work fast and efficiently to get the job done right.
We have an immediate need for a _**Senior Electric Motor & Pump Repair Technician**_. This person will report directly to the owner, working closely with them and other employees. The technician will be a key member of our growing team.

Role: Responsible for the repair of electric motors and electrically driven pumps
Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and inspect various electric motors and pumps to determine cause of failure
- Determine extent of repair required, report and record findings in line with customer requirements.
- Perform on-site servicing and repair.
- Other related duties as directed by supervisor
**Required Skills**:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of electric AC and DC motors
- Knowledge of deep well pumps, heating circulating pumps, water pumps
- Troubleshooting ability
- Available for field service work
- Valid drivers license (abstract to be submitted)
- Clean criminal record
- Experience in balancing motor rotors and conducting vibration analyst on-site and in the field an asset

This is a full-time position, a typical work week is Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm, on occasion there is after hour and weekend work required. This position would be a combination of onsite and offsite work.
