We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience in one of our fabulous Distribution Centre **Responsibilities**: - Prepare documents such as work orders, bill of landing or shipping order to route materials. - Contact carrier representative to make arrangement or to issue instruction for shipping and delivery of materials. - Count and verify items throughout warehouse that need to be sent back to vendor. - Record shipment data such as weight, charges space availability damages or discrepancy for reporting, accounting or record purposes. - Coordinate with vendor to request and process RTV shipment - Support fields with regards to RMA, status request, general inquiries, account problems, customers concern. - Daily follow up of pending or missing RMA. - Perform additional duties as requested.
