We offers professional educational consulting, academic planning programs, mental support for parents and students. Our aims to help parents and students in a variety of ways, from academic learning, extra-curricular activities, to achieving their future success. **Responsibilities**:

- Support consultants to execute the overall study plan to each students.
- Communicate with all stake-holders in a student’s education - school, parent, tutors/advisors, etc. to create effective support for students.
- Familiar with American top universities admission requirements and grab an understanding of international education in depth.
- Maintain student records including assisting in the development of strategies to achieve academic, behavioural and social goals and monitor and record student progress.
- Communicate with parents, students, staff and others and provide information on a detailed or specialized nature. Encourage, security cooperation and influence the students to achieve social, academic and behavioural goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Has prior consulting, counselling (school or psychological) experience
- If possible, fluent in Mandarin (speaking, writing, reading)
- Comfortable leading marketing presentations and student workshops

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or advanced degree.
- Familiar with the BC high school curriculum.
- The background of BC high school study would be an asset.
- Passionate about taking responsibility for education and student consulting service.
- *Fluent Mandarin would be an asset.
- Related experiences in translating and editing essays would be an asset.
- Proactive and hardworking attitude is required.
- Strong Communication skills, organization skills, and teamwork spirit are preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency is required, particularly for excellent writing skills.

**Salary**: $33,600.00-$42,000.00 per year
