Tow Truck Driver

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and addressing their needs promptly.
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting before towing.
- Maintain accurate records of towed vehicles, including documentation of damage or issues.
- Ensure the tow truck is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding job status and updates.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle operation and basic automotive repair is preferred.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various conditions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,151.09-$94,275.66 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
- Tips

- Weekends as needed
