**The Opportunity**:

**In this role you will**:

- Train all existing and new Tablet Press Operators on ‘best practice’ techniques, maintenance and troubleshooting for all shifts and document all training
- Evaluate current training materials and revise them based on updated training techniques, taking into consideration the various learning needs of staff who come from a variety of backgrounds
- Design, deliver and evaluate adult learning and teaching based on various instructional approaches
- Take a personal interest in the progress of each operator, keeping the Lead Hands apprised of employee strengths and areas requiring further development

**You have**:

- Excellent communication skills to assist employees in their learning journey at Factors
- Proven teaching abilities and effective at delivering onsite training sessions preferably in a production or warehouse environment
- Mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills; rotary machine experience preferred
- Experience working in collaborative team-based environments
- Personal scheduling flexibility to be able to work with operators on all three shifts.
