**Psychologist (Interdisciplinary Trauma Services)**

Back in Motion is expanding its interdisciplinary treatment and Return to Work Program for clients with Trauma

**Part Time to Full Time** **employee**or **contractor**status available. Our employees and contractors enjoy flexible working conditions within an environment that supports career development with the possibility of leadership opportunities.

- Surrey
- Vancouver

Registered Psychologist’s should have 2 or more years of clinical experience and must be well versed with evidence - based treatment for PTSD, such as Prolonged Exposure, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and/or Cognitive Processing Therapy.

**For those who do not have previous trauma training or experience but have a desire to work with psychological injuries,** **Back in Motion can provide support for training in a best practice modality and ongoing mentorship as you grow your clinical skills within a collaborative working environment.**

The Psychologist will conduct intake interviews, develop and implement individual return to work treatment plans, write reports, and liaise with stakeholders. The Psychologist works closely with our interdisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counsellors, and Kinesiologists.
We are looking for Psychologists with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, who want to help workers recover from operational trauma, and recognize the positive impact of interdisciplinary care.
