We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and detail-oriented individual to join our Normanview location as a Wine Store Associate.

**Requirements and Responsibilities**
- Welcoming customers, answering questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations
- Organizing and putting away product and facing shelves
- Assisting with cash when needed
- Assisting with processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints or involving supervisor when necessary
- Confirming customers are of legal age by checking their government-issued I.D.
- Maintaining a clean workspace
- Other general tasks as needed

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Extensive product knowledge of (all or one) spirits, beer, wine
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- At least 19 years of age
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Cashier experience will be considered an asset
- Ability to stand, walk, lift cases of wine (25 lbs)
- Ability to work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service
- Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
- Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work setting:

- Liquor store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Regina, SK S4R 7M2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
