**Performance Honda Mayfield **is looking for an **Internal Advisor** to join their dynamic team

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Working with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
- Preparing repair orders, updating the database system and closing orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
- Providing assistance to the used car department.
- Providing service recommendations and estimated costs to customers.
- Performing road tests of customer vehicles to assess customer concerns.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction meets both company and manufacturer standards.
- Striving to meet departmental repair order production standards.

**What you need to succeed**:

- 1-2 years of Internal Service Advisor experience is preferred.
- Organized and Disciplined.
- Willing to have flexible hours and work every other weekend.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Strong computer skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings** Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: $ 35,000 - $ 50,000 per year
