Product Owner Enterprise-wide Operational Resilience

As a Product Owner in the Operational Resilience team, Integrated Risk Management, you’ll be working with internal stakeholders and external advisors and coordinate the management and communication of enterprise-wide operational resilience activities. This position will allow you to leverage your very good/excellent communication, organization, time management and project management skills, as well as your experience working with management in multi-disciplinary areas, to have a positive impact on our organization.

**Your role**
- Act as Product Owner for the coordination of the Bank’s enterprise-wide operational resilience project as part of a member of a small team.
- Be responsible for contributing to creating a roadmap and supporting the related requirements and activities while meeting project timelines.
- Advise on priorities, interdependencies, constraints and solutions for executing the enterprise-wide operational resilience project.
- Provide governance and presentation updates to management and relevant committees on the enterprise-wide operational resilience project.
- Recommend improvements and timely support corrective actions to address issues that may arise.

**Your team**

**Prerequisites**
- University degree in a related field and 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner (PO) is desirable
- Robust knowledge and ability to understand complex business operational processes, systems and tools, and influence at different hierarchical levels
- Meeting facilitation abilities and excellent presentation skills are important
- Excellent organizational and time management skills under tight deadlines
- Agile, versatile, and ability to work with multidisciplinary experts
