Business Applications Management Office Leader - Toronto
**As an integral member of the team, you will**:
- Establish and manage the Business Applications Management Office.
- Create, implement and continuously improve Business Applications Management Office policies and processes, ensuring alignment with company’s and Business Units’ strategic plans.
- Manage the project planning process, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables, utilizing best practices for program / project management.
- Facilitate the dialogue between IT and Business Units, collaborate with Business Unit leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Provide Business Applications Management Office KPIs, as well as financial reports and budget outlines to the senior leadership team.
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs and / or projects, and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Continuously evaluate projects to ensure that they are meeting company standards, adhere to project budget, while meeting project deadlines.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- A minimum of ten years' experience in the industry.
- A minimum of five year's experience in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
