Piling Rigger/ Laborer

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide labour support to operators in our Piling crews.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as: daily inspections, greasing, and refueling
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Adhere to the company health and safety program’s policies and procedures.
- Learn how to operate equipment on worksites such as: wheel loaders, skid-steers, drill rigs, excavators.
- Help load/tie down equipment. Load rigging as needed.
- Swamp for drilling operators.
- Other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

**Required Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills**

**Experience on a piling crew will be considered before any other applicants**
- Class 5 Driver’s License required (1 with Air brakes would be an asset).
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work long hours/overtime when required.
- A motivated, coachable individual who is willing to learn is a mandatory.
- Must be safety focused.
