**Experience and Education Required**:

- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is typically required.
- Equivalent combinations of experience and formal training may also be considered.

**Additional Assets**:

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service.
