**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice on suitable coverage options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in compliance with company standards.
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Stay updated on various insurance products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, with a strong background in retail sales being advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- RIBO Licensed is preferred.
- Being able to Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Pay: $37,930.77-$150,000.00 per year
