**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Coffee Marketing Associate to join our marketing teams at our Head Office in North York, ON and our Nespresso Office in Montreal, QC. This role is an 18-month rotational program, that will spend time at our North York Office and Montreal Office, where you will be responsible for core marketing functions through various rotations in various coffee areas. You will gain experience in the Nestlé Marketing core functions, build your business acumen, leadership capabilities, support your development and long-term success at Nestlé.

**A day in the life of a Marketing Associate**
As a Coffee Marketing Associate, you will be exposed to core business process and systems to gain experience within the coffee marketing world at Nestlé. This is an 18-month rotational program between Nestlé Professional, Nespresso & Nestlé Canada Coffee (Starbucks at Home & Nescafé) that will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to undertake an ongoing role within Nestlé Canada, having gained broad coffee expertise.

**Project Management**
- Contribute to all aspects of a given project: briefs, workback schedule, team meetings, deliverables follow-ups
- Perform assignments (daily tasks or project based) in an efficient, effective, and timely manner
- Support & collaborate with internal team members & external stakeholders
- Ensure project deadlines are met and follow-up with transversal teams
- Create action plans to successfully execute all tasks assigned by the manager

**Coffee Category Expertise Development**
- Prepare and present monthly brand and competitive performance reviews vs KPIs such as AC Nielsen, to provide a complete understanding of category dynamics and business health
- Contribute to competitive intelligence dashboards with the CMI teams
- Build and present consolidated competitive intelligence to the coffee council and act like a representative for each business unit

**Youth Source of Growth Strategic Development**
- Contribute to support youth initiative activities such as University information days, mentor buddy to university students, interns & new employees
- Build expertise & gain insights in the market around Youth
- Provide tactical recommendations based on insights to target the younger demographics

**Innovation Special Projects**
- Support end to end execution of key innovation & renovation projects & collaborating and influencing effectively across various stakeholders to execute with excellence

**You will also have**:

- Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing
- Relevant experience gained through work or extra-curricular preferred
- Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, problem solver.
- Self-motivated, results focused with strong analytical skills and curiosity
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinker
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Driver’s licence
- Bilingualism (English and French) considered an asset
