Insulation Superintendent

**Steel Wings Canada Industrial Ltd is hiring Insulation Superintendent**

**Overview**

The **Insulation Superintendent** is responsible for managing field crews, overseeing day-to-day operations on insulation job sites, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. This role requires a hands-on leader with in-depth knowledge of insulation systems, materials, and best practices in both commercial and industrial environments.

**Essential Functions**
- Oversee and manage all field activities for insulation projects
- Supervise and coordinate insulation crews and subcontractors
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality and progress
- Manage material deliveries, equipment, and tools needed on site
- Collaborate with Project Managers to align on scheduling and labor needs
- Maintain daily logs, timekeeping, and jobsite reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
- Lead safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols

**Working Conditions**
- Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard, and shop locations.
- Working indoors in an office environment
- Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary.
- Frequent travel as required

**Education & Experience**
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial insulation**:

- Prior supervisory or foreman experience required
- Strong knowledge of insulation systems (pipe, duct, equipment), materials (fiberglass, foam, mineral wool, etc.), and installation techniques
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work plans
- Strong focus on jobsite safety and quality control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
