Our Team is growing We're seeking a Medical Office Assistant who is available for 3-5 shifts Monday - Friday (12:00-7:00) both Saturday and Sunday on a rotation (9:30-5:30) Approximately 37 hours per week
Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly greeting and checking in patients
- Handling phone calls and directing patient inquiries with finesse, managing multiple phone lines seamlessly
- Efficiently booking appointments and referrals
- Diligently following up on worklists and callbacks
- Assisting doctors with patients, ensuring a smooth flow of operations
- Conducting vital signs checks, height, weight, and blood pressure monitoring, eye tests, etc.
- Assisting in setting up for various procedures, such as paps, physicals, etc.
- Leading our team
**Requirements**:
- _**MUST HAVE MINIMUM HEALTHQUEST EXPERIENCE**_
- MOA experience
