**Job Overview - Sub-Contractors Welcome**

**Duties**
- Demolition of existing flooring, cabinetry, bathroom fixtures.
- Perform cabinet installation and repairs.
- Install Toilets, Sinks & Showers, basic plumbing skills
- Repair drywall and perform necessary finishing work to achieve a polished look.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various renovation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles is preferred.
- Willingness to travel, though most work is within Red Deer some job locations could be in Calgary/Edmonton.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
