Industrial Services Supervisor - Job Description

Dr. Clean Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Industrial Services Supervisor (ISS).

The focus of the ISS is ensuring a consistent and high quality of service delivery relating to the day-to-day operations of our Industrial Services Division.

We are seeking a qualified individual equipped to oversee both the industrial client relationships, as well as foster an environment of positivity, support and growth for our hard-working Industrial Pressure Washing Technicians, Mine Site Laborer's and Underground Wash Bay Attendants. Specifically focusing on the training and development of our workers well-being and work performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid G License is mandatory** along with your own method of transportation and clean drivers abstract.
- Must be bondable; Clean CPIC will be required. Double Vaccination Status.
- Must be easily accessible on company cell phone.
- Must be mechanically inclined; able to replace/change/maintain pressure washing equipment.
- Must be able to problem solve, work independently, tight timelines and able to prioritize jobs/tasks/deadlines.
- Must be comfortable performing inspections / audits outside in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends as per pre-arranged schedule.
- Must have previous Supervisory experience and possess good communication skills. Minimum 3 years.
- Must be knowledgeable in creating and implementing work schedules, JHA's, Task Lists, Daily Reporting.
- Must be dedicated to the role, possess self-starter abilities, and excel at time management.

Compensation:

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
