Server Daytime

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Assist in training new staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with a focus on restaurant experience.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation regulations is essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: From $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
