**We are currently hiring in**:

- Ottawa and Eastern Ontario

**About the Role**

As a **Facilitator**, you’ll work with a support person to lead engaging, in-person group sessions using Reimar's proprietary curriculum. You’ll help high school students develop real-world, transferable skills through active, experiential learning.
- **Schedule**: Generally October to May (weekday sessions between 9 AM and 3 PM)
- **Time Commitment**: 4-10 per per month, based on job availability
- **Compensation**: Starting at **$35.00/hour**, including prep, travel, and session wrap-up time
- **Type**: Freelance / Contract
- **Start Date**: October/November
- **Location**: In-person facilitation at local sites

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver engaging, high-energy sessions in pairs using Flashpoint’s curriculum
- Build rapport with diverse youth and create a supportive, motivating environment
- Model professionalism and transferable job skills
- Attend orientation and shadow sessions before facilitating independently

**What We’re Looking For**

**Must-Have Skills & Qualities**:

- Energetic, confident, and engaging facilitation style
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with youth
- Operational excellence and time management
- Creative problem solving and critical thinking
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

**Experience & Education**:

- 2+ years in facilitation, coaching, or training (preferred)
- At least 5+ years of life/work experience in any sector
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in any field
