This role will mainly manage the supply of goods and services across Kelson, ensuring financial savings and performance improvements are made through a more strategic approach to supply chain management and a more integrated approach with our customers (internal & external) and suppliers.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- To help deliver effective procurement solutions to the bid process and operations.
- Aids in ensuring there are sufficient suppliers for bidding to meet executive management strategies
- Aid in establishment of electronic Supply Chain Management program in alignment with company needs and practices
- Ensures that all of our key subcontractors and suppliers are accredited through “to be established” electronic Supply Chain Management program.
- Tracks succession planning, financial status and other business elements of key suppliers and subcontractors in Supply Chain Management program
- Conducts regular tours/audits of supplier facilities and programs and issues detailed reports to executive management
- Holds strategic partnering sessions with key subcontractors and suppliers to explore alternative procurement methods, construction techniques and improved integration that are advantageous to Kelson and reports to/works with executive management and relevant parties to evaluate such options
- Prepares detailed scopes of work for bidding and/or incorporation in POs.
- Collates & issues complete, robust tender documentation for goods and services to be procured when required
- Fields queries from bidders and issues timely bid clarifications as required
- Conducts detailed bid analysis, evaluating compliance and scope.
- Works closely with all stakeholders to understand customer and executive management requirements and uses this information to develop and implement the supply chain strategy.
- Purchases services to meet executive management objectives including but not limited to all metrics
- Liaises with Accounts Payable to ensure that Procurement processes and procedures are followed and ensures that payment issues do not affect supplier relationships.
- Liaises with Project Management to ensure that Procurement processes and procedures are followed and any supplier or subcontractor issues are tracked in Supply Chain Management program
- Creates reporting formats, tools and trackers to meet executive management requirements for functional reporting (i.e. metrics etc.)
- Assists in providing functional reporting, utilizing agreed reporting formats, tools & trackers
- Completes all of the above for all aspects of procurement, including material supply, and services, in accordance with Kelson Procurement Procedures

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
